Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak shopping periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your package throughout its journey.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address.
